Winter holidays with the Angry Ant at UGM
Holiday workshops for children 5+

Children (5+) are invited to get creative with art and each other during the holidays. We will explore the colourful exhibition Spectrum. 70 Years of the UGM Collection through games, conversation and storytelling. We will look at drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs and video artworks. We will identify portraits, landscapes, cities, animals and more. In particular, we will focus on the effects and meanings of colours and shapes, and their communicative value. After the exhibition, we will create in the inspiring environment of the artworks. We will try out different art materials and techniques. For the last workshop, we will be joined by artist Matej Sitar, who will introduce us to his artistic medium - photo-books under his own brand The Angry Bat.
The workshops will be led by Brigita Strnad, UGM Museum Counselor, and Martina Frangež and Klara Zadravec, external colleagues.
Price per workshop: 6€ (price includes a snack: croissant, juice, water, fruit)
