Weekly attraction / Murder in the UGM

At the beginning of next year, we will be able to watch the new crime series Examples of Inspector Vrenko on small screens, based on stories from the novels of the Maribor writer August Demšar. One of the inspector's cases is a murder that takes place right in the Maribor Art Gallery - at the opening of the exhibition; an artist who was given a retrospective exhibition has been murdered! The crime novel Retrospektiva was nominated in 2009 for the Kresnik Award, the Delo newspaper award for the best novel of the year. Today it is sold out, and on December 1, the first three cases of Inspector Vrenko will be reprinted at the Maribor Publishing House Pivec; Oil on the Balcony, Retrospective and Thin Ice.

In the summer, the series Examples of Inspector Vrenko was filmed in Maribor, which we expect on small screens at the beginning of next year. Actor Dario Varga stepped into Inspector Vrenko's shoes.
