Join David Tavčar, the author of the exhibition, for a summer guided tour of the major new installation of the UGM Collection, which we have prepared to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the gallery. David will guide you through the Spekter exhibition on Saturday, 20 April 2024, at 11:00.

The designer David Tavčar over the past year combed through the museum’s collection to select over 250 works of art featured in the exhibition, some iconic, some lesser known and others shown to the public for the very first time, and arranged them across seven rooms and two halls into a singular, vibrant experience. The new major exhibition at the UGM | Maribor Art Gallery opens up a spectrum of views, positions, and forms, both within the artworks from the UGM Collection and in the art of exhibition-making as such.

The guided tour is free of charge on payment of the entrance fee.
