You are invited to an audio-visual experience in the Judgement Tower by the artist, Petra Kapš (a.k.a OR poiesis). This is her first solo exhibition at the UGM, and due to the special audio-spatial requirements, the exhibition will be located in the Judgement Tower. She has also invited the audiovisual artist and composer of electroacoustic music Nikos Sotirelis (Greece).
In the exhibition, Petra Kapš presents several solo works and a work in collaboration with Nikos Sotirelis, for this occasion linked into a new visual and sonic whole. The exhibition will take place in several rooms of the Judgement Tower. The ground floor will host the video-sound performance work Attraction, the first floor will present the artist's intermedia sound sculpture and multi-channel composition SELINI, Instrument of Silence, and the balcony will host sound video fragments from the artist's large-scale work Irreversible Loop. Cosmic Transmission of Glaciers. A new sound composition by the sound artist Nikos Sotirelis will be spatially located in the roof dome of the Judgement Tower.
