You are kindly invited to join us on geomantic workshop, guided by Marko Pogačnik and the presentation of his new book! Marko Pogačnik is an international known artist, whose exhibition Art Descending Upon the Earth has been represented in 2013.
At 19:00 you are kindly invited to representation of the artist's new book Maribor v svoji lepoti in moči, Vodnik k Mariboru / Maribor in its strength and beauty, A guide to Maribor in Slovenian /English language.
What is the message of old town, which has been developed through the ages? By which wisdom quotes can we be surprised, if we are ready to open and accept them? What is the main message of coat-of-arms of Maribor?
Marko Pogačnik (born 1944) is an academic sculptor and internationally known artist. In 1960's he has founded conceptual artist's group OHO, and in 1970's he has co-founded commune in Šempas, which has bounded art with real life.
