Marathon of Artists at the Spekter exhibition

Marathon of Artists at the Spekter exhibition
Spekter. 70 Years of the UGM Collection
UGM, Strossmayerjeva ulica 6
Friday, 14 March 2025, 17:00–22:00
On the occasion of the refreshed exhibition Spekter. 70 Years of the UGM Collection, when at the beginning of the year we replaced a quarter of the exhibited artworks - mainly works on paper and works on tour in Slovenia and abroad - we are presenting a marathon event with artists. Joining us in the gallery are artists -painters, printmakers and a sculptor - who will be in conversation with the curators to discuss their work in the exhibition and the creative and thought processes behind it. The event is designed to celebrate and get to know the artists whose works represent the highlights of Slovenian contemporary art from the UGM Collection. We invite you to join us for talks and socialising with the artists and to take part in the marathon. The evening will be accompanied by music and bubbles!
