Once again the time has come for Koroška cesta to come alive. The year is around and the Living city is back for the annual Festival Lent! Maribor Art Gallery kindly invites all visitors to join artist Petra Kapš on an interesting walk through the passageways, that lead from Koroška to Lent where her artwork, currently exhibited in Maribor Art Gallery, was created. Join us and let us cool down together in the narrow shadowy stony streets of Maribor.
During the event there will be no entrance fee to visit the exhibition VIS-À-VIS, from 16.00-18.00!
Every person joining us through city streets will recieve a free family ticket to see the VIS-À-VIS exhibition, valid for the remaining duration of the exhibition (till the 20. august 2017).

Take a walk through the passageways, leading from Koroška cesta to Lent, with artist Petra Kapš (alias OR poiesis) and listen to the sounds and voices of city streets. The artist's book, called »Uho v vrtovih tišin, stranske ulice…Maribor« (»An ear in the gardens of silence, side streets…Maribor«) is currently exhibited in Maribor Art Gallery on Strossmayerjeva 6, among the present exhibition - VIS-À-VIS. The basis of the exhibited book is a location sound art piece, accessible with a mobile device through a free mobile app, called radio aporee, miniatures for mobiles. We kindly invite visitors to upload the app on their mobile device, through the following link: https:aporee.org/mfm/ and bring along some headphones.
