Along the exhibition The Earth is Flat. Slovenian and Chinese Contemporary Art you are kindly invited to the lecture by dr. Mitja Saje, the one of the pioneers in the field of sinology in Slovenia.
Mitja Saje, the one of the pioneers in the field of sinology in Slovenia will introduce us The Silk Road through historical view including the modern concept of the Silk Road. The name The Silk Road was invented by German geograph Ferdinand von Richtofen in 1877 and it must be understood as the traffic connection across Asia.
