Join us on the opening guided tour Slovenia and Non Aligned Pop. The exhibition presents art that was created in the Socialist Republic of Slovenia during the 1960s and 70s. The exhibited artworks share an interest in the various forms of new figural art expressions as well as confront the penetrating consumer culture.
The Slovenia and Non-Aligned Pop exhibition focuses on artwork, but it also shows other cultural products of the time. During the two years of preparation we collected literary, television, music, newspaper, design, film and advertising fragments.
