Creative Saturday / Painting: environmentally friendly toys

The toy industry is the world's largest consumer of plastics. Unfortunately, many plastic toys end up in the rubbish. This time we will be looking for play and toy options that are environmentally friendly. We will look for inspiration in the work of Matija Bobičić, who has been making his own toys since childhood. The world of toys is still a motif in his paintings, which we will see in the Invisible Hand exhibition. At the workshop, we will also be making our own toys. We invite children to find things at home that would otherwise end up in the rubbish: cardboard, paper, fabric, packaging, even old, damaged toys, which we will turn into interesting and original toys again at the workshop.
