Pupils Žana Gajer, Jakob Golob, Maruša Kline, Vid Lobnik, Juš Pustoslemšek, Tinkara Radmilovič, Katja Uršula Simonič, Maiken Zupančič Danko and Katja Zeilhofer together with their Professor of Fine Arts Sabina Golež from the Primary School of Polančič brothers have been in the school year 2014 / 15 regularly visiting the exhibition program of the Maribor Art Gallery.
At the exhibitions the question of beauty in art arose, as in life in general: Can contemporary art be beautiful? If not, why not? What is beautiful? How do we experience beautiful? What does beautiful in everyday life mean to us? What concept of beauty does the modern world gives us? How to stay true to yourself in the beautiful, modern consumer world? The pupils will present the problematics of beauty through various modes of artistic expression: drawings, paintings, photographs, spatial layout, ready made ...
