First translation of Rebecca Horn's poems in Slovenian language with an introduction essay on the artist's oeuvre by Doris von Drathen opens an insight in extraordinary artistic path of one of the most renowned contemporary artists. The first period of Rebecca Horn's artistic opus mark performances, the body-extensions, where she explored the equilibrium between body and space. Turning point in her career presents collaboration at documenta 5 in 1972 where she won recognition of international art public. Her work is known after historical, political and sociocritical themes interpreted in poetic and versatile artistic language, for instance, spatial installation Concert for Buchenwald in 1999 which commemorates the victims of nationalsocialism. Her versatile opus is enriched also by literature and poetry respectively, which links it with her visual art. The book was released in the frame of the programme TWELVE as part of the Maribor 2012 - European Capital of Culture.
