Fritz Friedriger was the first academically trained architect, who lived and worked in Maribor from 1894 to 1920. He was most active in the field of housing architecture, but he constructed some public buildings as well. The catalogue contains an essay with the title “Fritz Friedriger and ‘The construction problems of Maribor’” by Jelka Pirkovič, an article written by Frietz Friedriger and published in Marburger Zeitung on 18 April 1912, a short note from Hans Friedgriger about his grandfather Fritz Friedriger, a list of buildings designed by Frietz Friedriger in Maribor and features reproductions of plans and photographs of buildings.
