Voyage Years, 1904–1930 present for the first time the ‘German’ part of Jan Oeltjen’s artwork and puts on show 70 aquarelles and oil paintings unknown to the Slovene audience.

Anja Jerčič (b. 1975) paints plants in large dimensions, exposed to human sight. The plants are not exotic or mysterious and they don’t challenge the interpretation ability of the viewer, they are ‘ordinary’ plants of our everyday environment – clover, primrose, daisy, oreganum, nettle…

In his conceptual project Dušan Fišer (b. 1962) researches the mental structures of a space and exposes the human need for space exchange.

The catalogue Home and Away presents eight young and internationally established Turkish artists who create video and documentary movies, computer animations, multimedia installations, photographs and performances.

Exhibition Portrait and Self-Portrait presents selection of the UGM collection which is focused on portraits and self-portraits of the artists themselves.

Interwined Traces are an ambience-designed project of the sculptor Metka Kavčič (b. 1960) inspired by the rich cultural and historical treasures of Idrija. The project connects traditional values of form with contemporary sculptural forms.

In 2005 the 7th International Triennial Ecology and Art joined the international curator network ‘Continental Breakfast’.

The catalogue presents extensive oevre of the painter created between 2003–2005. Sandi Červek (b. 1960) persistently supplements his ‘black pictures’.
