Virtual Family Creative / A pot of the Mean Ant and other objects in fine art

We invite children and their adult companions to a virtual gathering https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83128950003 and learning about fine arts with the Mean Ant. We will look at painted, drawn or otherwise created images of objects in works of art from the UGM Collection. We will explore whether objects in fine art have some mysterious meaning or can even be transformed into something else. Then we will give instructions for the artwork and invite the children to create. They will also be able to show their products to The Mean Ant or send them to the email: info@ugm.si. We will exhibit them on our website www.ugm.si.
Children should have one or more objects ready for the Zoom Creative, which they can find in their home (plate, vacuum cleaner, shoe). The Mean Ant will have a pot, the one from the potter. You also prepare art material: pencil, crayons / felt-tip pens / crayons, a sheet of paper.
The event will mark International Family Week.
