Under the light / photography workshop about basics of photographic studies

Alongside the retrospective of Zora Plešnar and sales exhibition Mnemosis of photographer Andrej Lamut, we invite you to join us on a workshop about photography basics. We will get acquainted with some theoretical background and principles of photographic studies and we’ll find out how to use one light source in different creative ways. We will learn how by placing the light on a various position, we can affect and change, firstly, the look of a person we are portraying and secondly, the massage of the portrait. We will go through some examples of light formation and educate ourselves about its characteristics. The workshop will last 3 hours. The participants are to bring own digital photographies.
