UGM is opening its doors!

We are very pleased to announce that the Maribor Art Gallery will reopen its doors on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 10:00.

In the gallery, we will make sure that by following the recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health, visiting the gallery will be a safe and relaxing way to spend free time. Upon entering the exhibition center, gallery etiquette and the following safety measures will continue to apply: wearing a mask, disinfecting hands, keeping a distance of 2 m, and hygiene of sneezing and coughing. The number of visitors per square meter will be limited. The visit will be tailored to the individual viewing and viewing of persons from the same household. Additional guidelines will be provided by the staff of the Maribor Art Gallery.

The large exhibition 100+ Highlights from the UGM Collection will continue to be on display at UGM. Next week we will also open a completely new sales exhibition Saša Bezjak / Embroideries in UGM Shop. However, all events will still be held online during this period. We will soon invite you to a virtual cultural gathering, when we will be counting down to Prešeren Day every day from 1 February with short online live guides on social networks. We will end the event with a varied virtual program on the occasion of Prešeren Day. You can watch all online content on the UGM platform from home.

The working hours of the gallery remain unchanged, from Tuesday to Sunday between 10:00 and 18:00. We are closed on Mondays. Ticket price here.

You are kindly invited back among the artworks!
