This year as well we are celebrating the International Museum Day on the 18th of May. The theme of IMD 2019 is: "Museums as Cultural Hubs: The future of tradition".

Maribor Art Gallery is prepairing a diverse program on the International Museum Day. We invite all modern and contemporary art enthusiasts to visit the Zora Plešnar - retrospective, Branko Rudolf and the beginning of UGM exhibition at the Maribor Art Gallery and Women, (Be)coming 2 exhibition in UGM studio.

On that day we will also organize a guided cycling tour Along the paths of Ivan Dvoršak and an intergenerational workshop called Kids games. The visit of UGM as well as participation on the events will be free of charge.

All UGM publications will be 30% off, only on the International Museum Day, so come and get yours, before they run out!
