held by: Rajka Bračun Sova, PhD

The main aim of the schools subject of fine art is to teach students the ability for understanding the art. Some didactic experts call this ''the aesthetic sense''. Rajka Bračun Sova, PhD has on the basis of the analysis of the essay part of the exams presented the category ''attitude toward art works''. But what does this exactly mean? After the student's contextual, formal and content representation of art work he also must be able to define his own attitude toward it. Results of the analysis has revealed that this includes their personal experience. When on this point exists the lack of knowledge, there is no possibility to build attitude or relation toward the art works.
