Guided Tour / 60! PANORAMA
UGM | Maribor Art Gallery, Strossmayerjeva 6, Maribor
Saturday, 2 August 2014 at 11:00
guided by: Zmago Jeraj, artist

The presentation of UGM | Maribor Art Gallery collection on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the gallery’s establishment is based on two starting points: to define the prominent features as well as the character of the collection, and to identify in this “retrospective” (re)view the moments that are reinterpreted also in the present time.

Zmago Jeraj is an academic painter and art photographer. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana and subsequently graduated from the Department of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade with prof. Zora Petrović. He lives in Maribor and works as senior lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. He is a member of  ZDSLU (Union of Slovenian Fine Artists' Associations) and DLUM (Maribor Fine Artists' Association). His artistic work includes paintings, drawings and printing as well as art photography (he was a co-founder of the Maribor Circle). His works are part of many private and public collections.

KINDLY INVITED!
